Every team gets a plan, experienced coach or not
Every team gets a season build-up and a worked session for each training day. As coordinator you see which teams have a plan and how current it is, and you can set one club-wide learning path the plans work within.

Among Dutch club boards, 19 percent report an acute volunteer shortage and another half are actively recruiting. Of everything clubs are assessed on, staffing has scored lowest for years.
In practice that looks like this: in August it turns out three teams have no coach, and the gap is filled by a parent who says yes. That parent is usually fine. What they do not have is a build-up across a season, and they are unlikely to write one.
That is the calculation, and it is not about better sessions as a luxury. It is about whether a team can run with somebody who has not done this before.

An overview per team
Which teams have a plan, how current it is, and where a team is diverging from what the club has set out. Enough to see which team needs attention, without standing behind a coach.
One learning path for the club
You set out what the club is working on per age category. Team plans work inside it, and where a team diverges you see that in the overview, with the reason the coach gave.
Coaches and teams
You invite a coach by email and attach them to a team. A coach sees their own teams and nothing else. Roles and teams move with people when somebody swaps mid-season.
What you deliberately do not see
The notes a coach keeps about their players, and what they record about an individual before a session, do not reach your overview. That is not a screen somebody forgot; it is a rule in the code with tests around it. A coach who knows the board is reading stops writing anything down, and then the whole thing is worth less.
What happens to the data
The plan is assembled from ids in our database, not from names. What a coach types themselves does go to the language model, and that is exactly why they can read back what has been remembered about their team and delete it item by item.
This site carries no analytics, no tracker, and no font fetched from another domain.
If the club stops, everything under it can go in one move. That is built and tested, not something we do by hand per case.
What this is not
Not membership administration. Your club system stays where it is. This version does not integrate with it, so you set a team up by hand. That is one screen and a few minutes.
No video, no match analysis, no parent communication platform. There are good products for those and this is not one of them.
No medical guidance. We remove or substitute load inside the session, and beyond that we point at a physiotherapist or a doctor. That is a deliberate line and it does not move.
What it will cost
The price depends on how many members the club has. There is no figure on this site yet, because we are setting the bands with the first clubs that come on board.
That is more honest than publishing a number we change again in three months. What is fixed: you hear what it costs before anything has to be paid.
How to start
With one team, not the whole club. Somebody sets a team up, runs it for a few weeks and reads the sessions. After that you know whether this is for you.
There is no demo to book at the moment. The honest way to judge this is to let a coach you trust work with it for a season and ask them what they thought.
