Your coordinator does not read your conversations

A coordinator sees a team's plan and the trainings that come out of it. What you type to the assistant, your notes on a session, and what we remember about your team: none of that.

That is not a promise on paper. It is in the code, with tests that fail if somebody opens it up by accident.

What we keep, and for how long

Everything below is cleared by the database itself, not by a script somebody has to remember to run.

• Your conversations with the assistant: 90 days.
• The weekly question and whatever you write with it: 90 days.
• A half-finished sign-up: 30 days, so you can come back to it.
• What the assistant remembers about your team: for as long as the team exists.
• Your account and your teams: until you close them.

Why memory has no end date

The assistant remembers things about your team, because a plan that starts from nothing every week helps nobody. It is the only thing we keep without a term, and that is a choice: memory that quietly forgets in February is worse than memory that stays.

You can read it back and remove it sentence by sentence, on your team's memory page. What a colleague told it stays in their name, even where you see it differently.

A language model is involved

The assistant runs on a model from OpenAI. What you type in the conversation and what is known about your team goes there to produce an answer. We do not send player names, and we do not ask you for them.

We do not use your conversations to train a model.

We can look, and it is recorded

To investigate a fault we can look at the versions of a training document, including for teams that are not ours. A small number of people can do that, and every time it happens a line goes into a log: who, what, when.

We keep that log for 730 days.

No analytics, no trackers

This site carries no analytics, no tracker, and no font fetched from another domain.

There are two cookies: one for the language you pick, and one to keep you signed in. There is nothing to choose here, because nothing is being followed.

Asking for a copy or a deletion

What the assistant remembers about your team, you can read and remove yourself. For anything else: ask us and we will sort it out.

One thing we cannot solve with a button. A team's memory is shared with that team's other coaches, so your request cannot quietly erase a colleague's words. We answer those case by case.
